We took over this kitchen remodeling project when the previous contractor was terminated. It was a terrible mess, with the demo half complete, and the debris piled in the living and dining rooms. We started from the beginning with design and selections. Once finalized we moved forward completing demo and entering the construction phase. The kitchen, flooring, patio doors, trim, and paint were updated. We had a few challenges including limited working hours, restricted access through elevators, and a shared firewall. New kitchen cabinets were provided by Showplace Kitchens. The lowers are black, and the uppers have an amazing high gloss finish. The counters came from Cambria and really make the space. The island top is a real showstopper. Appliances are from Whirlpool, Monogram, and Fisher and Paykle. The flooring is laminate from Shaw with a soundproofing underlayment. Patio doors were provided by Pella and feature a triple locking mechanism.
