Des Moines Home Remodel Project

Des moines home remodel

This home remodeling project involved opening up the space by removing the wall separating the kitchen and living room. We installed a new island and a custom built-in bookcase/entertainment center. The popcorn texture was removed and updated with the more modern executive texture. The balcony was framed in and spray foam was installed to ensure a comfortable space. We installed energy efficient windows as part of the improvements.
